Data Deletion

You can disconnect Gmail access and request deletion of Invisible Mail Tracker for Gmail account data using the steps below.

1. Disconnect Gmail access

Sign in to Invisible Mail Tracker for Gmail, open Dashboard → Gmail, and use the Disconnect Gmail action. Invisible Mail Tracker for Gmail will delete the stored mailbox connection and will try to revoke the Google refresh token.

2. Revoke Google access from Google

You can also revoke Invisible Mail Tracker for Gmail directly in your Google Account permissions settings. This stops future Google API access even if you do not sign back into Invisible Mail Tracker for Gmail.

3. Request account data deletion

Email support@trackme.email from the Google account you used with Invisible Mail Tracker for Gmail and include “Data deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.

4. What gets deleted

Deletion requests cover stored Google mailbox connection records, tracker metadata, billing-linked account identifiers stored by Invisible Mail Tracker for Gmail, and related support records to the extent permitted by law and payment-provider obligations.
